KnowMe is committed to making its services accessible to everyone, including users with disabilities. We are working toward full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the European Accessibility Act (EAA, Directive 2019/882).
Current status
Partial conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. KnowMe has not yet undergone a formal accessibility audit. Known gaps are documented and being addressed in Phase 2.

Not all UI components have explicit accessibilityLabel props · Some interactive elements may not announce state changes to screen readers · Color contrast not fully verified across custom UI components · Audio playback controls for voice messages lack visible text labels.

Skip navigation link not yet implemented · Some animated sections lack prefers-reduced-motion support.
